QuikTurn®
QuikTurn is a unique formulation for quickly, safely and effectively cleaning the internals of plant process equipment where there is a buildup of hydrocarbon residue. Using the patented and proprietary Vaporganic process, Refined Technologies will design a QuikTurn application that is specific to the vessel or an entire process unit.
QuikTurnRX®
Refined Technologies has developed QuikTurn RX to quickly and reliably remove hydrocarbons and dangerous gas from catalyst-packed reactor beds and other high pressure equipment. The process is administered under pressure, using hot hydrogen or natural gas and reduces the number of “huff and puff” cycles.
Accelerate®
Accelerate is formulated to expedite the separation time of oil and water emulsions, thus minimizing frac tank rental time and improving the operating margins of our clients. This proprietary product does not contain any solids, chelates, phosphates or silicates.
Heat Trax®
Heat Trax is a program to maintain maximum furnace inlet temperature and flow rate by improving the overall heat transfer coefficient of heat exchanger networks. This is accomplished using a program of modeling, monitoring and consistent, routine cleaning.
Permanna®
Permanna will oxidize pyrophoric iron oxide into iron sulfate, eliminating the potential for exothermic reactions during shutdown for maintenance of refinery process equipment. For equipment that is expected to contain iron sulfide, Refined Technologies will engineer the use of Permanna to follow a QuikTurn cleaning application.
PetroBlast®
PetroBlast is an effective, biodegradeable, non-toxic and non-corrosive cleaner designed for the external surfaces of processing equipment. It has a very high KB value (solvency strength rating) and does not contain phosphates. PetroBlast is ideal for removing wax, lube oil, asphaltenes and other hydrocarbons. PetroBlast is sold in 55 gallon drums.
Super Q®
Super Q is the perfect combination of superior chemistry and calculated strategy from Refined Technologies. Using Super Q with Refined Technologies’ consultative cleaning schedule will restore and maintain a higher overall duty for your heat exchangers. Refined Technologies’ patented processes clean exchangers in just 4-6 hours without pulling the bundles and without water rinsing.
Tidal Wave®
Tidal Wave is a proprietary chemistry used with the patented Vaporganic cleaning process to expedite all facets of petroleum storage tank, sphere and product line applications, including degassing and removal of heavy hydrocarbons.
With the exception of PetroBlast, our patented chemistries are designed to be used only by RTI employees who receive rigorous training in their use. They are not meant to be sold separate from RTI’s cleaning services.
